If you want to optimize health of specific organ due to some condition or just because you want to maintain the health of that specific organ. I will also discuss the consumption time or preparation method for these nutritious food as well as I will tell you few more healthy food items, in case that food is not available to you. Sliced pineapple or juice can be had in breakfast or in the snack time.
